Remi Cohen is the vineyard operations manager at the Merryvale winery in Napa. While eating in one of our stores one day, she realized that her grapes would make a great sorbetto flavor. Remi called us up and offered to give us a load of grapes when the harvest rolled around. The only catch was that she wanted some of the sorbetto for herself. No problem, Remi.

Remi picked the grapes fresh off the vine herself on Thursday morning and we turned them into sorbetto that afternoon. By Friday afternoon our stores were scooping up our newest flavor. If you want to try it you had better act fast. Once we run out, you will need to wait until next year’s harvest.
