School’s Out for Summer

annual gelato school from Naia is officially over. We were completely amazed by the response which involved some packed and completely sold out classes. We were delighted with the comments from our students:
- “I absolutely loved this class!”
- “Enjoyable class - most audience participation I’ve seen in awhile. Very knowledgeable.”
- “Personally, I would have preferred a more “pedestrian” selection [of flavors, e.g.] strawberry, coffee, chocolate, etc. But it was still a fabulous evening! Thanks so much!”
It was great to speak with all the students. Folks were very surprised by the state of the gelato industry with all of their goos and powders. A lot of folks caught on quickly that gelato not only has less fat than ice cream, it also has less sugar than ice cream, and they enjoyed the hands-on (or rather, mouth-on) demonstrations of the differences.
If you missed it this year, never fear, we will try to make this an annual event in time for summer!
