In catching up with our holiday flavors, we didn’t want to forget to announce our contest winners! We had over two hundred entries but were most inspired by the entries from three contestants for… Cannoli gelato! By folding our cannoli shells, chopped pistachios, and rich chocolate flakes into our marscapone gelato we’re sure you’ll enjoy this flavor inspired by the classic Italian pastry. The winners are:

There were too many other flavor suggestions to share them all, but some ideas included tropical fruits (jackfruit, lychee, and even the smelly durian) and some pretty far out ideas like fennel. Thank you to everyone for participating, and based on the success this year we may do it again next year.
