Last weekend Trevor and I were featured on KGO AM 810 Newstalk’s Dining Around with Gene Burns! It was fun to be on the Bay Area’s top radio show for dining, and the KGO AM 810 crew and Gene himself were gracious hosts (even though my microphone was turned off at the beginning.)

We were asked to be on the show in part because Gene was hosting the show at the 26th annual Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival at Heather Farms Park, and our Naia Walnut Creek just finished celebrating its second anniversary! From our end we came up with a Cantucci e Vin Santo gelato flavor for the week, taking fresh biscotti cookies (baked the same day), dipping them in Vin Santo and folding them into our creamy gelato.
